& Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and Totomaniac ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "Totomaniac"), governing your access to and use of the Totomaniac website located at https://totomaniac.cam and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, lottery, and arcade products offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Totomaniac platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form an integral part of the agreement between you and Totomaniac.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on the Totomaniac platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not hold an existing active account on the Totomaniac platform. Only one account per person, per household, and per IP address is permitted.
• You have not previously been subject to account closure or suspension by Totomaniac for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of Totomaniac or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

Players who discover they have been registered or have participated on the platform in breach of any eligibility requirement must notify Totomaniac immediately via the support channel. Any funds in such an account may be confiscated pending investigation.

Account Registration

When registering an account on Totomaniac, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The registration form requires, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a valid email address, and a date of birth confirming you are aged 21 or above.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Totomaniac will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

• Each individual may register only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be flagged and may result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. We recommend changing your password promptly upon any suspected breach.
• Totomaniac reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing reasons therefor.
• Accounts registered with false, misleading, or incomplete information may be suspended at any time without prior notice.

Players are responsible for ensuring their registered email address remains valid and accessible, as account communications including withdrawal confirmations, KYC requests, and bonus notifications are sent to this address.

Terms of Use

Access to and use of the Totomaniac platform is subject to the following general terms. By continuing to use the platform, you confirm your ongoing compliance with these conditions.

5.1 Personal Use Only. The platform and all its services are provided exclusively for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Use of the platform for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting agency or syndicating bets on behalf of third parties, is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Jurisdiction Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for determining whether accessing the Totomaniac platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. Totomaniac does not warrant that its services are legal or appropriate in all jurisdictions. Players in prohibited jurisdictions must not use the platform.

5.3 Platform Availability. Totomaniac endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. Totomaniac is not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime.

5.4 Software and Technical Use. You agree not to use any automated software, bot, scraper, robot, spider, or similar technological means to access, monitor, extract data from, or interact with the platform. Use of any such tools constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Totomaniac platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or its cryptocurrency equivalent, unless otherwise specified. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

6.1 Supported Payment Methods. Totomaniac accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and Litecoin (LTC). Availability of specific payment methods is subject to change.

6.2 Deposit Processing. All deposits made via supported payment methods are credited to your account upon confirmation of the transaction. Totomaniac does not accept cash, cheques, or third-party payment transfers not listed as supported methods.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following approximate timelines, subject to successful KYC verification:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes in most cases.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): Approximately 5–15 minutes.
• Bank wire transfers: Approximately 15–60 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to network confirmation times; typically 10–60 minutes depending on the currency and network congestion.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically feasible. Totomaniac reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where transaction patterns trigger AML review procedures.

6.5 Fees. Totomaniac does not currently charge processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, payment providers or financial institutions may levy their own fees, for which Totomaniac accepts no responsibility.

6.6 Dormant Accounts. An account is classified as dormant if no login activity has occurred for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. Totomaniac reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee of MYR 50 per month to dormant account balances, provided the member has been notified at least 30 days in advance.

Bonuses & Promotions

Totomaniac offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

7.1 Wagering Requirements. Unless specifically stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be clearly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to complete the required wagering within the stated expiry period will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any derived winnings.

7.2 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per wager is typically capped at MYR 50, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms. Placing bets exceeding this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

7.3 Game Contribution Rates. Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. As a general guide:

• Slot games: 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
• Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10–20% contribution.
• Sports betting: Contribution rates vary; refer to specific promotion terms.
• Certain excluded games: 0% contribution — refer to individual promotion pages for the complete exclusion list.

7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the period specified in the promotion (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from crediting). Expired bonuses are automatically removed from the account balance.

7.5 One Bonus Per Transaction. Only one bonus may be claimed per deposit transaction unless the promotion explicitly permits otherwise. Claiming multiple bonuses simultaneously without prior approval from Totomaniac support may result in cancellation of all but one qualifying bonus.

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and wagering activities conducted on the Totomaniac platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, slots, lottery, arcade) are published on the relevant product pages and constitute supplementary terms.

8.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by Totomaniac. We reserve the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at our absolute discretion without providing reasons. A bet is accepted only upon confirmation being displayed to the player on screen and receipt of a bet reference number.

8.2 Obvious Errors. Where a bet is accepted as a result of an obvious error in odds, pricing, or market conditions (including but not limited to technical errors, system faults, or data feed errors), Totomaniac reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the member's account. This includes cases where odds have been published at manifestly incorrect values.

8.3 Voided Bets. Bets may be voided in the event of match abandonment, event cancellation, or circumstances rendering a result indeterminable. Voided bet stakes are returned to the member's account.

8.4 Results Disputes. Official results as declared by the relevant governing body of a sport or event shall be final for settlement purposes. Totomaniac accepts no responsibility for errors in publicly reported results if the relevant official authority subsequently revises the outcome.

8.5 Account Limits. Totomaniac may apply stake limits, loss limits, and win limits to individual accounts at any time. These limits may be applied without prior notice where required for risk management or responsible gambling purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are expressly prohibited on the Totomaniac platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, fund confiscation, and/or legal action:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account on the platform.
• Using false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Accessing the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes.
• Utilising automated betting software, bots, or algorithmic systems to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or platform vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Laundering funds through the platform or using the platform for any activity connected to criminal or fraudulent conduct.
• Sharing account credentials or allowing third parties to access or operate your account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise compromise the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Totomaniac staff or other members through any communication channel.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Totomaniac platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall site design — is the exclusive property of Totomaniac or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the platform content without the express written permission of Totomaniac.

The Totomaniac name, brand identity, and any associated trademarks or service marks are proprietary to Totomaniac and may not be used in connection with any product or service not expressly authorised by us without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Totomaniac and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the platform or any services thereon.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your transmissions or data.
• Any outcome of a bet or game on the platform.
• Technical failure, internet disruption, or platform downtime.

In no event shall Totomaniac's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or MYR 500, whichever is lower.

Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 By Totomaniac. Totomaniac reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification requirements.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a competent authority.
• Eligibility concerns, including age verification failures.

In the event of account closure for breach, Totomaniac may confiscate any outstanding balance. Where closure is for regulatory or eligibility reasons, genuine real-money balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method following satisfactory verification.

12.2 By the Member. You may request account closure at any time by contacting Totomaniac support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any outstanding balance will be returned subject to identity verification and provided no outstanding withdrawal blocks are in place.

Responsible Gambling

Totomaniac is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. By using this platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that any funds wagered may be lost.

Totomaniac provides the following responsible gambling tools, which are accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the total amount you are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Set time-based reminders to alert you during an active gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request that you are excluded from future marketing communications. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours of processing.

Amendments to These Terms

Totomaniac reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. All amendments become effective upon publication on the platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised. Your continued use of the Totomaniac platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Where an amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, Totomaniac will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account. However, this does not constitute an obligation on our part to provide notice prior to all amendments.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the internal policies of Totomaniac as an internationally operating platform.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, your account, or any transaction on the platform, you agree to first attempt resolution through Totomaniac's internal support process. Disputes should be submitted in writing to the support team with full supporting documentation.

Totomaniac will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a resolution within 30 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, further escalation options will be communicated to the player.

Players are responsible for verifying whether online gambling is legal in their jurisdiction before registering. Totomaniac makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
